This notice supplements the National Press Room Privacy Policy and applies to California residents, as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Your Rights
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected about them
- Know whether their personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom
- Opt out of the sale of personal information
- Access their personal information
- Request deletion of their personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request, email privacy@nationalpressroom.com with the subject line “CCPA Request.” We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
